Wanda Torres Kim Joins Lochner

Wanda Torres Kim, GPHR, joins Lochner’s corporate team as director of employee engagement and vice president. With more than 27 years’ experience, Wanda brings multi-dimensional leadership in human resources and program management, business process improvement, and organizational development. During her time with global organizations, she contributed to policy and program development, increased employee engagement and communication, encouraged high-performer talent acquisition and retention, and supported the enhancement of cultural diversity, inclusion, and equity.

As director of employee engagement, Wanda will join Lochner’s executive leadership team and contribute to the ongoing modernization of policies, programs, and employee relations. She will also support the implementation of strategic initiatives that support the growth and development of employees, as well as refine key employee-related processes and procedures.

Wanda will continue to serve as a volunteer board member for the Liponi Foundation for Special Recreation. This organization supports recreational and leisure programs for individuals with disabilities through the Maine-Niles Association of Special Recreation. As a strong proponent for supporting individuals with disabilities or challenges, her leadership and strategic engagement experience has contributed to recreational opportunities and program scholarships.

Wanda received her B.A. in Psychology from Nichols College after serving in the United States Marine Corps.
