Lochner Leads Annual Leadership Summit Focuses on Collaboration, Unity, and Growth

Last week, leaders from Lochner and our family of companies gathered in Chicago, Illinois for our annual Lochner Leads Leadership Summit. The two-day event provided a unique opportunity for employees to network and meet new colleagues while sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration on various topics including furthering unity and energizing business practices across the organization, driving growth and collaboration aligning with our long-term goals, and identifying needs to continually improve Lochner’s people-centric work environment.

Lochner had the honor of welcoming special guests, Chief Executive Office of Denver International Airport Phillip A. Washington, Senior Vice President of ACEC Steve Hall, Vice President of Morrissey Goodale Jon Escobar, and Principal/Strategic Director Brianna Home and Principal/Creative Director Ron Hansen of Hansen Belyea. A very special thank you to all our guest speakers for attending and presenting important topics with our team.

The summit also featured a panel discussion with Lochner’s Board of Directors who shared their insights on Lochner’s growth, industry trends, and goals for the future of the firm. Overall, the event was a success and provided great value to our leadership team and the advancement of our strategic vision!
