Gary Stringer Joins Lochner

Lochner welcomes Gary Stringer, PE, as CEI Deputy Program Manager at our Dallas office. In his role, Gary will focus on the continued growth of the CEI practice as well as managing active projects. Gary is an experienced transportation professional and brings over 40 years of design and construction experience for TxDOT and other consultants. He spent nearly two decades at TxDOT early in his career, where he worked on all aspects of Government Transportation planning, design, construction, and maintenance. After his time at TxDOT, Gary worked in the private sector, managing design and construction, on several large multi-million-dollar transportation projects.
