Lochner Expands in Oklahoma

Lochner recently welcomed Uriah Nichols, PE as our Oklahoma Construction Management (CM) Lead and Resident Engineer in our Oklahoma City, OK office. With over 8 years of experience working for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), Uriah has excelled in various roles such as Resident Engineer, Bridge Engineer, and Project Manager, contributing to a wide range of projects. His expertise lies in construction inspection, field engineering, and contract administration. At Lochner, he will work alongside Lochner’s Oklahoma Design practice and regional Central Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) group to expand on our strong reputation throughout Oklahoma.

“Uriah has established himself over a relatively short period of time within the Oklahoma transportation community by helping deliver a variety of highway and bridge projects. We are excited to have him on board to further enhance our services in Oklahoma.” said Chris Flageolle, PE, Vice President, Central Region CEI Manager.
