Doing the
right thing

Lochner’s mission is to improve the lives of people and their communities. Our philosophy in caring for each other and our communities is defined in four words – doing the right thing

From volunteering at local food pantries, swinging hammers for Habitat for Humanity, or raising funds for our in-house non-profit, giving back is woven into our culture.

Lochner Cares is an independent IRS-registered 501(c)(3) charity that was established to assist Lochner employees during times of unusual distress, such as natural disasters, family emergencies, non-recurring expenses not covered by health insurance or homeowners’/renters’ insurance, or other financial catastrophes Funded completely by generous donations from Lochner employees, Lochner Cares provides monetary loans or grants and additional paid time off.
