Ko IshikuraPE

Ko Ishikura is our New England Area Lead. He joined Lochner in 2025 with the acquisition of Green International Affiliates where he served as President and CEO, expanding services across New England and leading the firm through significant growth. Active in the engineering community, Ko served as President of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Massachusetts from 2012-2013 and is the current chair of The Engineering Center Education Trust (TECET). Ko earned his B.S. in civil engineering from Osaka University, Japan.
