Mike PersynPE

As the Water Practice Leader in Texas, Mike directs our growing water and wastewater consulting business. He brings to this role more than 20 years of diverse engineering management and design experience for a wide variety of public sector clients in the State. Mike came to our team in 2023 when K Friese + Associates joined Lochner’s family of companies.  

An avid proponent of professional growth and development, Mike’s involvement in the engineering community includes his membership in the American Water Works Association (AWWA) San Antonio Section and several years of service on the AWWA National Water Supply & Distribution Facilities Committee. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
