Culture

Honesty, respect, and authenticity are not just ways of working: they’re ingrained in everything we do. We believe you can execute at the highest levels and still be humble. And we believe in the power of doing the right thing — as a positive force in our work, and a marker of who we are.

What we offer

Lochner Cares

Impacting communities through action

Learn more

Lochner Cares is our platform for social responsibility – internally with our growing workforce and externally in the communities where we live and work. We independently operate an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) charity to assist Lochner employees with monetary grants, no-interest loans, and additional paid time off during times of emergency. Our teams organize and participate in volunteer and giving back activities and programs that support local communities.

A culture of autonomy

Collaboration in action

Every company believes in collaboration. But we truly live it. We’re teamwork oriented, because amazing things happen when smart people with diverse perspectives come together to solve problems. We source ideas from all levels of the company, and our leadership is always present to lend a hand. Above all, we listen to each other and to our clients, because true collaboration means accommodating many points of view.

Advancing the Industry

Our commitment to enhance the industry extends externally through our participation in a variety of local and national initiatives and programs that promote equity and inclusion within our industry. We are active supporters of the Equity in Infrastructure (EIP), Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) International, and the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
