- Quality Oversight Services

- Construction Management
Our team is overseeing the construction of Denver’s 16th Street Mall Reconstruction, with a primary focus on Utility Coordination for this prominent pedestrian and transit corridor in the downtown area. We are responsible for managing all aspects of utility coordination, reviewing utility designs, and overseeing construction management.
The project’s overarching vision involves reconfiguring the mall’s layout by removing the center median and relocating the MallRide Shuttles to the center of the Mall. This strategic move will result in broader sidewalks and a dedicated zone for outdoor activities, enhancing the experience for shoppers, diners, and patrons.
